Campus Cyclist
Published on September 27, 2020
Its 2:34 P.M. in Minneapolis, a sunny autumn day
Crossing campus between meetings, seeing photographically along the way
A multitude of towers, arches, and buildings, up to one hundred sixty eight years of age
Hundreds of undergraduates outdoors, socially engaged
Candid interplay of October shadows and intense midday light
Bicyclist passing, framed him just right
Verticality, sense of scale, geometry, and primary hues
I am pleased to share this candid street moment with you
